JOSEPH SCATLIFFE
Joseph overseas the technology operations, research, and business development for the firm. With a professional background spanning more than 25 years in the industry, which combines residential design and development, construction, physical planning, hazard mitigation planning, and construction cost consulting/quantity surveying, Joseph brings a broad skill set and multidisciplinary perspective to the overall services of the firm. He leads and manages internal policies and quality control standards, recruiting, and developing business relationships with clients that are returning to, or expanding their business operations in St. Lucia.
Joseph is involved in the overall lifecycle of a project including planning and definition, construction cost management, project schedule development, and risk management.
