MONICA YARDE
With a career spanning more than 45 years in the architectural field, Monica brings seasoned insights through a unique mix of knowledge and experience to every project she touches. She began her practice in 2017 after four decades working with Interisland Architects and Planners in association with Newel Lewis Broadbridge Associates (NLBA), where she completed several projects of significant scale and complexity, including commercial office buildings, government and financial institutions, religious, and recreational developments.
As the Founder and Director of Yarde Architecture and Design Inc., she leads the firm’s project delivery and contract administration services, develops local business relationships, promotes enthusiasm among team members, and mentor junior technicians to learn the profession. As a leader, Monica understands what it takes to see a business succeed with strong commitment to the Client, the project team, and the vision of the organization.
Monica is a registered architect with the St. Lucia Institute of Architects.
